The Bangups release "Hellcat" mastered at The Lodge

The Bangups new album Hellcat is out now! Mastered at The Lodge by chief mastering engineer, Emily Lazar, and assistant engineer, Rich Morales. The Bangups feature Joey Dombos and Brent French two musicians hailing from Grand Rapids, Michigan. Check them out on the Vans Warped Tour  at Nassau Coliseum in Uniondale, NY on July 13.

Morning Fuzz masters "Chasing Ghosts" at The Lodge

Chasing Ghosts, the new album by Morning Fuzz has been mastered here at The Lodge by chief mastering engineer, Emily Lazar, and assistant engineer, Rich Morales. The band was formed in 2009 by New Yorkers Frank Fussa (vocal/guitarist) and Chris Johanidesz (bassist) and later joined by Marco Sulis (drummer) and Micheal Cullari (guitarist). The band recorded the ten-song album at Laundry Room Studio in Seattle with  prolific producer, Barrett Jones (Foo Fighters, Nirvana). Chasing Ghosts comes out today, June 25th!

Baby Alpaca at The Lodge Mastering

Baby Alpaca's upcoming EP was mastered at The Lodge by mastering engineer Sarah Register.  Comprising of musicians Chris Kittrell and Zack McMillan, the EP is scheduled for release on June 25th through Atlas Chair Records.  If you want to hear more of Baby Alpaca come show support at the Mercury Lounge in NYC on June 28!

"This Is The End" Soundtrack mastered at The Lodge

The soundtrack to this summer's upcoming hilarious comedy, This Is The End, was mastered here at The Lodge!  Starring Seth Rogen, James Franco, and Jonah Hill, Jay Burachel, Craig Robinson, Danny McBride; the film chronicles a motley group of celebrities facing the apocalyse. The soundtrack is as diverse as the cast, with songs by artists such as Snoop Dog, Cypress Hill, Whitney Houston and The Backstreet Boys to name a few.

This Is The End soundtrack was mastered at The Lodge by Chief Mastering Engineer Emily Lazar and assisted by Rich Morales. Bernard Fanning's new solo album "Departures" mastered at The Lodge

Australian singer, songwriter Bernard Fanning formally of the band Powderfinger released a new album today named Departures. Bernard named the album Departures - a title he says presented itself when he reflected on the songs he'd written after various changes in his life. Bernard is a multi-instumentalist and on this album he is accompanied by an array of talented musicians such as guitarist Lyle Workman, drummer Joey Waronker, saxophonist Karl Denson,  Roger Manning on synths and keyboards, Danny T Levin on horns, Arnold McCuller, Valerie Pinkston and Bridgette Bryant supporting on background vocals. Bernard is receiving international acclaim and states "I didn't want to make another record like Tea and Sympathy - it was time to make something different." Check out the album review here.

Brendan James brings "Simplify" to The Lodge

Pianist and songwriter, Brendan James, is soon going to release his new album, Simplify, which was mastered here at The Lodge by Chief Mastering Engineer Emily Lazar.  The album was produced by Matt Chiaravalle and will be James' fourth release, look for it out on August 6th. Brendan James is currently on tour and has an upcoming show in New York! "Reclamation" mastered at The Lodge

Hard rock band, Candlelight Red, is about to release their new album, Reclamation, which was mastered here at The Lodge by Chief Mastering Engineer Emily Lazar and assisted by Rich Morales. The band is comprised of vocalist Ryan Hoke, guitarist Jeremy Edge, bassist Jamie Morral, and drummer Brian Dugan. Recently, while on tour with Sevendust they met up with drummer Morgan Rose, whom they later asked to produce Reclamation it was then recorded and mixed by Mike Ferretti. The Lodge masters "Victorious" by Matthew Shell

Matthew Shell's new single, Genesis off his highly anticipated album Victorious, is certainly one of a kind and was mastered here at The Lodge by Chief Mastering Engineer Emily Lazar and assisted by Rich Morales. Genesis is a collaboration with Arun Shenoy, a Grammy-nominated composer and producer.
